Vamos colocar desta forma: o "animal" humano nasce livre, não pode ser cerceado de sua liberdade de ir e vir, em seu estado normal, por muito tempo, pois se contrariado a natureza se encarregará de fazê-lo reagir, e ir para as ruas de qualquer jeito.
O homem é como uma represa em que não se pode interromper completa e indefinidamente a vasão das águas, senão ela "estoura" e os danos são incalculáveis, ao meio ambiente.
Assim são as pessoas, e a questão é para lá de geográfica. Envolve necessidades emocionais, físicas e econômicas.
Há, mas alguns dizem que a quarentena é uma questão científica que envolve a medicina. Será que há tanta concordância assim, no meio médico-científico, que justifique uma ditadura médica totalitária, como insistem? E se houver, é preciso que se lembrem que o próprio saber científico é diversificado.
Não se subjulga a psicologia, a sociologia, e especialmente a economia, impunimente, sob os caprichos da medicina. A despeito da insanidade de algumas autoridades estaduais e municipais, de espírito autoritário, cedo ou tarde(já está começando), a "boiada" vai estourar, e não há quem a segure. Quanto custa também administrar a vasão das "comportas", para que a barragem não se rompa?

Let's put it this way: the human "animal" is born free, it cannot be surrounded by its freedom to come and go, in its normal state, for a long time, because if it is contradicted, nature will take care to make it react, and go to the streets anyway.
Man is like a dam in which the flow of water cannot be stopped completely and indefinitely, otherwise it "bursts" and the damage is incalculable, to the environment. So are people, and the issue is beyond geographical. It involves emotional, physical and economic needs.
There are, but some say that quarantine is a scientific issue involving medicine. Is there so much agreement, in the medical-scientific world, that justifies a totalitarian medical dictatorship, as they insist? And if there is, you need to remember that scientific knowledge itself is diverse.
Psychology, sociology, and especially economics are not subjugated, with impunity, under the whims of medicine. Despite the insanity of some state and municipal authorities, with an authoritarian spirit, sooner or later (it is already beginning), the "cattle" will burst, and there is no one to hold it. How much does it also cost to manage the flow of "floodgates", so that the dam does not burst?
