O Brasil é grande, mas a maior parte dos nossos atuais Deputados Federais e Senadores - e principalmente suas lideranças - é menor que um formigueiro, desordenado, diga-se de passagem. Ágeis e eficientes no ofício de angariar votos em período de eleição, revelam-se como desprezíveis mendigos do conhecimento da Lei e dos escrúpulos necessários para a boa prática parlamentar.

Vejam então o caso do Deputado Daniel Silveira, que deveria ser tratado por todos os colegas, sem exceção, como uma afronta do ministro golpista Alexandre de Moraes à independência do Legislativo. Mas não, fingem que não é com eles! 

Agem como um bando de analfabetos funcionais que, provavelmente, nem sequer passou o olhar na Constituição Federal, antes da posse. Agora, das Emendas Parlamentares e Fundão, claro, eles não tiram o olho, nem por um segundo!

Espero que os eleitores sintam a vergonha de terem confiado o seu voto a essa cambada, nas últimas eleições legislativas federais, e acertem desta vez, escolhendo candidatos mais bem qualificados, patriotas, comprometidos com a nação e não com o saldo de suas contas bancárias.

With eyes open for Fundão, but closed for the Constitution

Brazil is big, but most of our current Federal Deputies and Senators - and especially their leaders - are smaller than an anthill, disordered, by the way. Agile and efficient in the office of garnering votes for during the election period, they reveal themselves as despicable beggars of knowledge of the Law and the scruples necessary for good parliamentary practice.

Consider, then, the case of Deputy Daniel Silveira, who should be treated by all colleagues, without exception, as an affront by the coup-plotting minister Alexandre de Moraes to the independence of the Legislature. But no, pretend it's not with them! 

They act like a bunch of functional illiterates who probably didn't even glance at the Federal Constitution. Now, from Parliamentary Amendments and Fundão, of course, they don't take their eyes off, not even for a second!

I hope voters feel the shame of having entrusted their vote to this bunch, in the last federal legislative elections, and get it right this time, choosing better qualified candidates, patriots, committed to the nation and not to the balance of their bank accounts.
