Em manifestações realizadas ontem, no Dia do Trabalho, apoiadores de Bolsonaro e de Lula marcaram presença em diversas regiões do país. É interessante verificar nessas ocasiões a nítida preferência de grande parte da mídia pelo candidato de esquerda, camuflada no “compromisso” de objetividade e imparcialidade jornalístico, mas que sabemos não ser o que se vê na prática. Senão vejamos.

Em matéria do mesmo dia, atualizada às 23h24, o UOL destaca a manchete “Mesmo com convocação, atos a favor de Lula e Bolsonaro ocorrem esvaziados”; e no transcurso da mesma mostra fotos comparativas das manifestações, na Avenida Paulista, e na Praça Charles Miller.

Em linhas gerais, a reportagem dá a entender que a imagem ampliada de uma aglomeração de militantes com bandeiras vermelhas, em frente ao Estádio do Pacaembu, representava uma multidão de correligionários de Lula. O que se equipararia à concentração de bolsonaristas, em frente ao MASP, ao mesmo tempo em que todo o colorido verde e amarelo que se estendia por toda a avenida não passava de pontos isolados de dispersão. Provavelmente, uma imagem do início da aglomeração.

É evidente que o ato promovido pela Direita foi muito mais concorrido. Ou será que os petistas decidiram respeitar o Fique em casa, mesmo depois da Pandemia? Seria patético, se não fosse ridículo, se o UOL viesse com essa desculpa.

Os correligionários do PT na Imprensa, e até no STF, costumam acusar a Direita de usar robôs em campanha nas redes sociais, mas o que se vê nas ruas são pessoas de carne e osso se manifestando livremente. Até onde sabemos, o povo é que vota nas urnas e não os robôs. Ou será que autômatos votam? Se votarem nas eleições de outubro, não será para ajudar a reeleger o Presidente. Porque, a quem interessaria a não adoção do voto auditável, tão defendido por ele?

Robots versus reality

In demonstrations held yesterday, on Labor Day, supporters of Bolsonaro and Lula were present in various regions of the country. It is interesting to verify on these occasions the clear preference of a large part of the media for the leftist candidate, camouflaged in the “commitment” of objectivity and journalistic impartiality, but which we know is not what is seen in practice. If not, let's see.

In an article on the same day, updated at 11:24 pm, UOL highlights the headline “Even with a summons, acts in favor of Lula and Bolsonaro are empty”; and in the course of the same shows comparative photos of the demonstrations, in Avenida Paulista, and in Praça Charles Miller.

In general terms, the report suggests that the enlarged image of an agglomeration of militants with red flags, in front of the Pacaembu Stadium, represented a crowd of Lula's supporters. What would be equivalent to the concentration of Bolsonaristas, in front of MASP, at the same time that all the green and yellow color that stretched along the entire avenue was nothing more than isolated points of dispersion. Probably an image of the beginning of the agglomeration.

It is evident that the act promoted by the Right was much more popular. Or did PT members decide to respect Stay at Home, even after the Pandemic? It would be pathetic, if it wasn't ridiculous, if UOL came up with that excuse.

PT supporters in the press, and even in the STF, usually accuse the Right of using robots to campaign on social networks, but what you see on the streets are people of flesh and blood expressing themselves freely. As far as we know, the people vote at the polls and not the robots. Or do automata vote? If they vote in the October elections, it will not be to help re-elect the President. Because, who would be interested in not adopting the auditable vote, so defended by him?
