93% da população da cidade de Itaubal, no Amapá, possui o certificado permanente de pobreza, conhecido como Cartão Bolsa Família, que é expedido pelo governo do PT. Os índices sociais devem ser uma "beleza", senão, vejamos:

- Com IDH de 0,521, o município está no grupo dos 10% menos posicionados no país. 

- Sua renda per capita, contudo, é de R$ 15.338,73, segundo dados de 2024, o que coloca o município muito acima da faixa de pobreza que é inferior a R$ 666,00, de acordo com o Banco Mundial. 

De duas uma: ou a população no geral recebe o benefício social sem precisar; ou a concentração de renda é absurda, nas mãos de uma pequena minoria perdida entre os 3% restantes da população que, consequentemente, é detentora dos meios de produção e empregabilidade.

Concluindo, a pergunta que não quer calar é: a maior parte da população de Itaubal é dependente do Bolsa Família porque é pobre, ou é pobre porque se acomoda, estimulada com as migalhas que recebe do governo?

93% of the population of the city of Itaubal, in Amapá, has a permanent poverty certificate, known as the Bolsa Família Card, issued by the Workers' Party (PT) government. The social indicators must be "beautiful," if not, let's see: 

- With an HDI of 0.521, the municipality is in the bottom 10% of the country. 

- Its per capita income, however, is R$15,338.73, according to 2024 data, which places the municipality well above the poverty line, which is less than R$666.00, according to the World Bank. 

One of two things: either the general population receives social benefits without needing them; Or is the concentration of income absurd, in the hands of a small minority lost among the remaining 3% of the population, who consequently own the means of production and employment? 

In conclusion, the burning question is: is the majority of the population of Itaubal dependent on Bolsa Família because they are poor, or are they poor because they are complacent, encouraged by the crumbs they receive from the government?
