A Lei Rouanet não é um favor/The Rouanet Law is not a favor

O candidato da Esquerda à Presidência da República, já em campanha para as eleições de outubro,  pronunciou-se em "defesa" à Lei Rouanet, como se a gestão federal não estivesse fazendo um excelente trabalho, para não dizer um resgate redentor da verdadeira cultura nacional. Aquela que se desenvolve de baixo para cima, pelos artistas populares anônimos, e não ao contrário, como um feudo cultural elitista, empurrado de cima para baixo, na goela do cidadão de bem, que preza por Cultura de qualidade e não porcaria.

A Lei Rouanet nunca foi tão defendida e aplicada como no atual Governo, em favor da Cultura do país. O problema é que a Esquerda não reconhece como arte nada que não tenha o marxismo cultural empregnado na mensagem, e classe artística, ninguém que já não fosse rico e famoso antes, e que se tenha acostumado a receber recursos dos governos de esquerda, usados para comprar de apoio político. 

Na ceara dos artistas amigos da Esquerda demagoga o pobre não entra, ele nem sequer existe, ou são invisíveis. Concordando com as palavras do candidato ex-presidente, mas contrariando sua intenção, eu afirmo sim que a Lei Rouanet não é um favor do Governo à elite de apadrinhados, mas um dever prioritário para com o artista do povo, carente de recursos para sua sobrevivência.

Por outro lado, aqueles "pobres artistas" descolados ficaram dependentes do financiamento público apenas para manter seu alto padrão de vida, porisso tornaram-se ferrenhos opositores do Presidente Bolsonaro, que fechou a torneira para  essa oligarquia, e abriu para os artistas da base social. Mas isso não tem nada a ver com socialismo, muito pelo contrário, mas com liberdade e empreendedorismo.

Enfim, concluo dizendo que a verdadeira arte se traduz na busca do belo, da perfeição e da graça, mas não pelo mal gosto. Pelo talento, simplicidade, mas não por uma arrogância artística e preguiçosa. Um óculos perdido no chão da sala de exposição de um museu pode ser qualquer coisa, menos arte. Contudo, por muito tempo fomos forçados a acreditar no contrário, mas agora: só que não!

The Left candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, already campaigning for the October elections, spoke out in "defense" of the Rouanet Law, as if the federal administration was not doing an excellent job, not to mention a redemptive rescue of true culture. national. The one that develops from the bottom up, by anonymous popular artists, and not the other way around, as an elitist cultural fief, pushed from top to bottom, in the throat of the good citizen, who values ​​quality Culture and not crap.

The Rouanet Law has never been so defended and applied as in the current Government, in favor of the country's Culture. The problem is that the Left doesn't recognize anything as art that doesn't have cultural Marxism embedded in the message; and artistic class, nobody who wasn't rich and famous before, and who was used to receiving funds from leftist governments, used to buy political support. 

In the field of artists who are friends with the demagogue Left, the poor do not enter, they do not even exist. Therefore, agreeing with the ex-president candidate's words, but contrary to his intention, I affirm that the Rouanet Law is not a favor from the Government to an elite of patrons, but a priority duty to the people's artist, in need of resources for their survival. 

On the other hand, those elite "poor artists" became dependent on public funding to maintain the high standard of living they are used to, so they became staunch opponents of President Bolsonaro, who turned off the faucet for this oligarchy, and opened it up for the underprivileged artists, in order to support themselves and their families. 

Finally, I conclude by saying that true art translates into the search for beauty, perfection and grace, but not for bad taste. For talent, simplicity, but not for an artistic and lazy arrogance. A pair of glasses on the floor of a museum showroom could be anything but art. Yet we were forced to believe otherwise, in all these past years. But now: just not!
