A prática da justiça pressupõe a necessidade de se sanar conflitos nas relações sociais, o que requer a intervenção de um poder arbitral, independentemente do número de envolvidos. Assim, toda demanda se insurge naturalmente em meio a algum tipo de contato ou associação de pessoas, quando alguma regra é quebrada. Podemos observar, assim, que a justiça em si já é social.  

 

Os políticos de esquerda e seus simpatizantes apregoam o ideal de justiça social, como se houvesse uma distinção decisiva entre um termo e o outro. Na verdade, o povo está diante de uma narrativa ideológica e demagoga, em forma de manipulação de palavras pura e simples, com uma redundância enganosa: justiça social. O aparelhamento ideológico das instituições brasileiras, em nossos dias, tem permitido que a Lei seja distorcida em favor dos atuais governantes do país, em detrimento de todos os seus oponentes. Dessa forma, a Justiça em nosso país já se tornou refém de uma ditadura inconfessável. 

 

Como se vê, a justiça proposta como social pela Esquerda, de início já se mostra comprometida, pois como a justiça pode resultar em benefícios reais para a população mais pobre da sociedade, se ela própria não se impõe? Portanto, a primeira garantia que o povo precisa para viver em uma situação de plenitude social é a aplicação imparcial das leis pelos órgãos delegados para promover a justiça, conforme manda a Constituição Federal. Disso decorre a liberdade dos cidadãos, independentemente de suas crenças. Apenas dessa forma uma sociedade pode efetivamente prosperar. 

 

O bem social é consequência da justiça. Se, na prática, a Lei está comprometida apenas com o direito da elite dominante, é porque de fato ela não protege mais a todos, mas a tiranos e corruptos contumazes. Só a justiça divina pode manter nossas esperanças, de modo que sejamos inspirados a lutar com todas as nossas forças para reverter a situação em que o Brasil se encontra atualmente. Pelo nosso bem, e de nossos filhos e netos.

Social justice

The practice of justice presupposes the need to resolve conflicts in social relations, which requires the intervention of an arbitration power, regardless of the number of people involved. Thus, every demand arises naturally in the midst of some type of contact or association of people, when a rule is broken. We can observe, therefore, that justice in itself is already social.

Left-wing politicians and their supporters preach the ideal of social justice, as if there were a decisive distinction between one term and the other. In fact, the people are facing an ideological and demagogue narrative, in the form of pure and simple word manipulation, with a misleading redundancy: social justice. The ideological apparatus of Brazilian institutions, nowadays, has allowed the Law to be distorted in favor of the current rulers of the country, to the detriment of all their opponents. In this way, Justice in our country has already become hostage to an unconfessable dictatorship.

As can be seen, the justice proposed as social by the Left, from the beginning is already compromised, because how can justice result in real benefits for the poorest population in society, if it does not impose itself? Therefore, the first guarantee that the people need to live in a situation of social fullness is the impartial application of the laws by the delegated bodies to promote justice, as mandated by the Federal Constitution. From this stems the freedom of citizens, regardless of their beliefs. Only in this way can a society effectively prosper.

Social good is a consequence of justice. If, in practice, the Law is committed only to the rights of the dominant elite, it is because in fact it no longer protects everyone, but tyrants and persistent corrupt people. Only divine justice can keep our hopes up, so that we are inspired to fight with all our strength to reverse the situation in which Brazil currently finds itself. For our sake, and that of our children and grandchildren.
