No Brasil, o direito de cursar uma universidade é imposto culturalmente aos jovens, indistintamente, como se a oportunidade fosse um padrão para todos, sem considerar as diferentes aspirações individuais. 

Isso leva a grande maioria dos contemplados em vagas de cursos a uma formação alheia às suas verdadeiras aptidões, o que termina por impedi-la de alcançar a realização plena em uma profissão condizente.

In Brazil, the right to attend university is culturally imposed on young people indiscriminately, as if the opportunity were a standard for everyone, without considering different individual aspirations. 

This leads the vast majority of those granted a place in a course to receive training that is unrelated to their true aptitudes, ultimately preventing them from achieving full fulfillment in a suitable profession.
